Serves 2

Cooking instructions: Roast in a preheated oven at 180*C for about 1 hour, until the meat starts to shrink back along the bones. Remove when tender and thoroughly cooked.
Refrigerate 0 – 5*C. Good to freeze: freeze on day of delivery and defrost before use
